Conchas :: Shells – Bread rolls are covered with a sugar topping flavored with vanilla or chocolate (or cinnamon, if you prefer). A pattern is cut into the topping to resemble a shell. For a more festive look, you can add a few drops of food coloring to the vanilla topping.unnamed (7)
